hello to all. new to the hobby and lovin it. 2 successfull runs thru the still so far and be doin another one next friday.
basic recipe of - corn meal, sugar, water and of course yeast.
lookin forward to pickin everyones brains for more info. cant wait!!

I think you can look at many recipes in this forum, you also seem to have an idea to start , we'll make up a mash and let us know the still looks good and looks like a reflux still.a sugar wash is probably what i would have tried first
