Okay so i have found this still, and its straight forward for me, and we can build something like that very easily..
What do you guys think..thoughts if i made one exactly the same as in this link.. im wanting to make scotch, if its a goer then i will make, im using a beer keg as a boiler and a gas burner for heating -

If you want to make scotch/ malt whiskey a simple pot still would be your best bet, and lucky for you it's considerably easier then making a LM still,( that's the one you picked out). So my short answer is no, I would not build that still if you want to make whiskey.
