I have read somewhere how to clean the condensor (pot scrubbers) of a reflux still using diluted vinegar.
Has anyone read this article or have any tips on cleaning it?
Cheers

Re: Condensor Cleaning
I put water in the boiler, open the takeoff valve all the way, leave the condenser water off and just let it steam clean itself for 30 minutes or so.
If you have a sour smell in the tube/packing you can cap one end and throw a bunch of baking soda and water in the other end and let it soak a while. Then rinse with lots of clean water.

Thanks guys.
I've only done a few batches and no off smells yet. Just like to be on the safe side.
