Persistence from New Orleans...

Post by RueDumaine »

Im a 32 year old Bar Manager from New Orleans Louisiana. I've had a lot of success on the bar end of it, and spirits production is a step I've wanted to take for years. This past year, I've invested a little money and assistance from a few knowledgeable folks down here (including some guys that have a local commercial distillery. In the past, I received a lot of good information here, and have learned that I'm nowhere near done learning' through a lot of trail and error.

Welcome aboard, Haven't been down your way in a long time. New Orleans is home to one of my favorite rums, I hope to get a chance to check out that distillery one day.

Hey Rue, I love coming to New Orleans though it has been a few years since I have been down. I feel for all of you down there with the oil spill that seems never ending. I hope to get back down there sometime soon.
Welcome,

Welcome Rue, I'm not too far East of you, just 1.5 hours, and I too am waiting on the oil to arrive. MM
