After spending a long time reading through the forum, I decided I might as well join in on the fun. I'm transitioning between brewing and distilling and can't wait to start.

IT is great fun, and quite difficult to be satisfied from start,trial and error is the way for me

Simple potstiller. Slow, single run.
(50 litre, propane heated pot still. Coil in bucket condenser - No thermometer, No carbon)
