mud mechanic how?

mm how do you like the superstart brewers yeast? anything out of the ordinary going on with your drink? i have been using it for the last 2 runs. ive gone back to red star bakers this batch to see whats going on. hope you dont mind me asking and the question is in the right place.

I can tell you this.... I can't talk him into trying anything else and he gave me his brick of baker's yeast! :D WD

o.k. cool, ive prob done something wrong. slightly cloudly spirit is driving me frign nuts. never had trouble before. just trying to trouble shoot, im sure its my bad but i dont want it. thanks too.

Whitedog is correct, I will not use anything else, I get 10 to 12% ABV out of my Birdwatchers washes( I follow the recipe exactly ), with no off tastes or smells, it is run through a pot still and then through Whitedog's reflux still, including tails. I will tell you that this recipe will give you world class results, all will be jealous of your hooch. MM
