flavoring with the origional ingtredient

Anyone tried using cornflakes to soak in cornflake whiskey along with the oak, or maybe grains of corn in corn whiskey? Oats in oat whiskey, etc.

HA HA well I have cornflakes and oak on whiskey lol. It is a cornflake sugar wash double run that has a good cornflake taste, and when I put it on oak, and charred maple, and wild cherry, I added a handfull of cornflakes to about 1/2 the jars. Will know in a couple of weeks if it works or not. he he he thats how long the first jar will get to age if it's lucky. lmao
