internal reflux "jacket condenser"

I have read a few old post regarding the jacket condeser on http://www.Moonshine-Still.com being a little too short. Before I plop down some cash on this hard to find (read buy) 2'' 3' pipe, I'd like any updates or comments from others that have built/used this set up.
