I’m planning on making a birdwatchers wash. I plan on using Fleischmann's Yeast. I will be using 5 gallon “25 L” fermenter. I know that the starting temp of the wash is suppose to be 30c.
My question is what should my ROOM temperature be?
I know that when the fermentation starts, the temp of the wash go’s up and when it’s done it go’s back down.
I do my fermentation in my basement and I have a baseboard heater and thermostat in that room. If somebody could help me, I would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
