Peach wash

I have just put 10 gallons of peaches on to ferment after removing the pits and using a drill and a mortar mixer to chop them up, I was wondering if anyone could tell me aproximatly how much potetial alchol peaches have? I was just wondering if I should add some sugar and water or if I would end up with better flavour from just peaches. I will be running it through my pot still. Thanks.

Look over in tried and true, Tater has a very good recipe there. Peaches are about 8% sugar

if you knew how much peaches you used,,,X .115 (11.5%, the amount of sugar in peaches)= the amount of sugar you have in there with just the peaches.
