Ok here goes!
I have spent the last couple of days trying to find some Calcium Carbonate, I live in a small country town and have had no luck finding it, I did find some at one of the pharmacies but it has vitamin D or B or something else with it and it's in tablet form.
Is there anyone in AUSTRALIA that can give me a brand name and where i could buy some please?
I have read that some have used tablets and crushed them up.
I hope this is not a silly question, I hope this is posted in the correct place, I hope this is has not been asked and answered recently, I have looked and done a search. "Any assistance would be appreciated"

Thanks for getting back to me so quick Dnderhead!Dnderhead wrote:don't know why you want it but it is as close as your icebox, or maybe garden shed. egg shells ,clam shells and garden lime.
I need it to adjust my PH, I recently read a post of yours and you recommended it, You say use plan old garden lime.
I use that to keep the FLEAS out of my lawn so the dogs don't get infested with them, I will check the garden shed in the morning, Thanks for the tip.

I get mine from the local brew shop, they will send it to you no worries mate, just give them a call (don't email, 90% of the time its the owner's wife that is attending the store and she has given me some wrong stuff before so if you call them you can be absolutely sure you know what your getting)

Best (and chaepest) online homebrew store in the country is Craftbrewer in Brisvegas.

I get all my beer chemicals from there. Also got some (quite) cheap oak sticks from there last week.
(No affiliation, but I have invested waay too much money in them over the years!)
