Blue agave source?

Anybody know where I can get some blue agave?
I'd like to try some Tequlia.

There are a lot of agave here in Texas. Some really nice ones in front of some nice houses in a neighborhood near me...

just kidding...

I don't know what type these are around here. Are any of the agave species suitable for tequila making? Or is it only the blue agave that should be used?
The mexican markets around here often carry big yucca roots. Could that be a substitute?

You can make mescale from any agave, I thought. You need blue agave to make tequila. And technically, you need to be in a specific region of Mexico when you do it.

I ran acros this site for agave syrup but it doesn't say it's blue agave. Maybe make some mescal.
