Peach Tea

Post by Rocky_Creek »

A littke off topic.

If you have a Wal-Mart nearby, they have a product under their Great Value brand called Ice Tea with Peach. It will be right next to the cool aid. There are other flavors but this one knocks my socks off when mixed with white whiskey. May be good with aged also. I got into this because I was looking for something without phosphoric acid or sugar. Goes down real good.
It comes 10 to the little box.
You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, and them's pretty good odds.

My cousin and I were discussing making a sweet tea wine/malt liquor.

Make strong tea, add fruit juice and or sugar and or malt extract syrup, keep it at sterille temp, cool, and pitch with yeast.

might have to add some kind of wine stabilizer.

Haven't tried it yet but we will get some ready for summer.
Hey guys!!! Watch this.... OUCH!
