I was actually good rc :). Sampled everything but didn't overindulge. Drank a few glasses of wine. Then, had just a teech of very good hi-test white-dog with my coffee. Perfect.

I used the occasion to break into my six week old apple brandy for after dinner drinks. I am happy to report that it was received with much acclaim. I think I'll tap into it again on Christmas day. Should be even better by then.

Went to the step son and his 2b wife's for tgiving. He pulled out a desarono and showed me a pretty nice recipe (simple, 1/2 ameretto and 1/2 dr pepper). Well, I went home, brought back a bottle of MY ameretto, and it was so much better than the store bought crap.

Got pretty loaded last night (have not done that for a long time). Had to have the woman drive me home, lol. Woke at 8 am this morn, bright and perky. Damn glad I did not drink commercial swill all night.

nice thing about my ameretto, vs desarono, is mine is about 85-90 proof. desarono is like 1/2 of that.
