spammers keep editing pages and putting spam links into the source of the pages. may not show up when you view the page, but they would get into search engines if any of them hit the wiki, which they don't

started reporting spammer ip's to their isp's

if that doesnt work, which it might not always because ips can be faked give me the ips n ill try get them traced back n ill get the source ip dealt with in a way he wont like
