All Stainless Reflux still

Hey guys, just a quick answer i hope.

I am building Mk3 reflux still but due to resources i will be building the entire thing from stainless. I know that i have to add copper into the mix somewhere so i was thinking of adding small sections of copper pipe in between my stainless scourers. would this be sufficient?
Also my 'knock down' condensor with be made from copper tubing.

What do u think?
