Welcome to HD.
Take the turbo and put it on eBay.
Go to supermarket and get bread yeast.
Each 5gal bucket add 4 to 5 table spoons of yeast.
You will be a more happy camper, taste wise, if you do.

You really do have to do some quality private reaserch, heater. Making shine isn't rocket science by any stretch of the imagination, but like baking bread you have to know how to use flour and stuff correctly. It will come to you, but not after thirty minutes reading and a quick cup of tea.
All the help you need is there, but you have to find the basic stuff first. Besides, take a look at your post and ask yourself if you have given enough information for anyone to help you.

Simple potstiller. Slow, single run.
(50 litre, propane heated pot still. Coil in bucket condenser - No thermometer, No carbon)
The Reading Lounge AND the Rules We Live By should be compulsory reading
Cumudgeon and loving it.
