Greetings from Montreal

Post by Zaphod »

Hi folks,

Glad I found this great forum! I have home-brewed several batches of beer from 2003 to 2006 and retired my brewer equipment for a few years, but i'm back to the hobby with renewed enthusiasm, now that I have acquired more equipment and that I have more room.

My intentions are to reacquaint myself with the art of beer-making, and try out for the first time the art of distilling strong spirits, now that I have acquired an all-ground glass joint distilling apparatus. Mind you, these will be modest brewing efforts, but I intend to make some quality beverages that won't taste like brake fluid! :D

Thanks for having me here and I hope to contribute positively to this captivating place!
