Hi all, I'm Charlie from Birmingham (UK) and have just got back into creating my own tipples since the beer making several years ago.... Hoping to get a few tips and make something that I can say is from scratch and drinkable

so I'll have a breeze through the forums first.

Welcome to the forum, I had to google the definition for tipples as it is one I had never heard before. It had several meanings the first is to become an habitual drinker the second was a very strong alcoholic drink. I am guessing you are refering to the second because that is what many of us do here!
