Hello all,
Planning on getting into stilling soon, but I want to get all my info straight before I even start thinking of a design. One thing I was worried about, would thicker mashes, such as grains for whiskey, or the various herbs and things in absinthe?I remember seeing a post on here somewhere about how absinthe boilers sometimes needed to be in the style of a double boiler? From that I'm under the impression thicker mashes or non-liquid NEED to be propane-powered boilers?Or am I incorrect?
Thank you all, and quite sorry if I missed this bit somewhere on the parents site or here, but I couldn't find it if so. Again, thank you!
Electric heating with thicker mashes?
