Just found a great mixer.

Well, as good as my "whiskey" is it's still nice to find an mixer that'll make it go down a bit easier. Walmart has a Pineapple soda that goes really well with 'shine. It's just about perfect to mix it with as it gives it a good flavor with no bad after taste. If you've not tried it then you really need to give it a try and let me know what you think. I'm pretty sure you'll like it.

Black raspberry and shine, sit 1 weel pour off juice, add litttle shine sit 1 week pour off juice.Add sugar to berrys, sit pour off juice add shine as desired, add sugar pour off juice...untill berrys are dead. makes a nice sweet drink. I like this with lemon-lime soda and ice. I don't ususlly drink a quart a night, that would wreck me.

BTW; the shine in question is a bourbon mash that has sat on charred applewood for a week or so. The berries really tame the rye in there, whithout covering it up compleatly. I've heard this refered to as liquid panty remover when done with strawberrys.
Hey guys!!! Watch this.... OUCH!

Oh, trust me, I felt it this morning, man, did I feel it. I drank about 30 oz of water and it took care of the "hang over" part of the deal but my neck is messed up from being in two rear end car wrecks and it was acting up too so I had a neck/head ache from that too.

I like the taste of my liquor by itself, don't want to mess the flavor up mixing it with other things and don't want no water to drink with it either. I hate to see a grown man that has to chase liquor with something, about all I can say the liquor must not be very good to start with. No pun intended here TN.Frank, I just like straight liquor :D
Never follow good whiskey with water, unless you're out of good whiskey!!!
