I have about 6 bottles of "One Source Active Kids" vitamin's and was wondering if I could use it as a source of B-Vit (and other nutrients) for my yeast
and if I can, How much should I use. I'm assuming about 1 pill per 5 gallons.
The vitamin's contain:
Vitamin A 2500 IU (47% as beta-carotene)
Vitamin C 300mg
Vitamin D 400 IU
Vitamin E 20 IU
Thiamin 2mg
Riboflavin 2mg
Niacin 3mg
Vitamin B6 1.5mg
Folate 400 mcg
Vitamin B12 5 mcg
Calcium 125 mg
Phosphorus 60 mg
Zinc 4 mg
Copper 0.5 mg
Sodium 30 mg
I'd appreciate any advice.
Thanks!
Craig.

Kids Vitamin for nutrient
A fine liquor may be judged with only one sip, but it’s better to be thoroughly sure.

I keep well documented records so I'll let ya know how it goes compared to my normal tomato paste sugar wash.
Besides the multi-vit I also used 1/5 TSP of miracle grow all purpose fertilizer and 1/5 TSP Epsom salt per 5 gallons.
but I'll give the full results details when fermentation is complete and the wash is ran.
Craig.

with kids vitamins; you'll just end up with immature white dawg; You'll need to age and mature it. I've also tried Women's daily vitamins; i couldnt tell if it was coming or going during fermentation; but was a very good taste at the end.
Also have tried Century vitamins; just took a little slower, but alas, also finished quite well.
