Agway flaked maize for feed

Anyone have experience with flaked maize from a Agway or a feed store. I can get a 55# bag for 12 bucks it seems too good to be true? for that price I'm going to get a bag and see what kind of yeald I can get out of it. That is a crazy price almost too good to be true. One of my suppliers gets 40 bucks for a 50lb bag with a potential extract is 90% Hell if i can get 70% out of the feed flaked maize still ahead of the game.
