Hi everyone! I've been browsing these forums for a few days and there's so much great information!
My project right now is Chinese Baijiu, so if you have any experience with making the stuff, please let me know.

Welcome Burg. I personally know nothing about Baijui, but some one in here is bound to have a stab. Good to see that you used the welcome centre for an intro and new distillers - and old - for answers. It keeps everything nice and tidy and easy for new users to find infomation.

with what i can fiend out you mite say its moonshine of china can be made from wheat,barley,millet or even jobs tears
upon further reading it can be made from any thing that ferments.
