Baijiu anyone?

Post by Burg »

Hi everyone! I've been browsing these forums for a few days and there's so much great information!

My project right now is Chinese Baijiu, so if you have any experience with making the stuff, please let me know.

Welcome Burg. I personally know nothing about Baijui, but some one in here is bound to have a stab. Good to see that you used the welcome centre for an intro and new distillers - and old - for answers. It keeps everything nice and tidy and easy for new users to find infomation.

Stay safe
Simple potstiller. Slow, single run.

The Reading Lounge AND the Rules We Live By should be compulsory reading

Cumudgeon and loving it.
