First Sour Mash Shine Running Now

I would assume it could be considered sour mash since the previous backset and mash was used partially. MUCH better flavor from my ole' horse feed this time around than the first. Also, am getting a better fix on what is good and what is not. Used about 50% of the backset from the first run along with about 1/4 of the mash itself. Then added fresh feed, @3 lbs of sugar and 2.5 gal of warm water. Went like gangbusters; much better than the first.
