Well I have been lurking and learning for awhile now. I figured it about time to announce myself. I have been distilling for a couple of months. I do have moonshiners in my background, but they were way before my time. I have a 15.5 gallon keg boiler with a 2" x 21" tower. The boiler is powered by a 4500 watt element with a phase controller I built with the help of this forum. I am mostly interested bourbon/whiskey spirits. I am kinda partial to the sweetfeed myself.
