Fitting Sources
Building a 4" Flute looking for good sources of fittings online.
Have pipe, bought plates from: http://www.metalliferous.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" rel="nofollow
But need reducers, vlaves, 2" sight glass fittings.
I have seen several threads with options but wanted a current update if anyone has found any bargains recently.
Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks Fellas,
great advice. any one find any secret sites for sight glass fittings. I have found several options for glass themselves but fitting itself is tough unless i break down for the expensive ones.
would like 2"

Re: Fitting Sources
^^^^^^^^^^This is the best I have seen for the sight glass. I have been getting the 4", 3" and 2" fittings off Ebay for almost half of the wholesale price. Werent the guys using that link for the plates getting 4" .125 plates? I cannot find the plates on their website in that thickness...

part way down the page is the copper circles. I used .061 copper for my plates with no trouble (and easier to drill than .125)
I cut my copper from plate myself but depending on the tolerance of these circles..they may work just fine

Re: Fitting Sources
Update! I would not order from glacier tanks. I got my order after several days. I only received half the order. There were no signs of back order and they charged me $13 to ship a few tri-clamps and a npt adapter. Shipping should have been half that and twice as fast since they only sent a few tri clamps. Not to mention I didnt receive a descriptive invoice and only half the parts.
A few minutes ago they contacted me. Due to China's holiday and the increase of sales from here.... They had a million excuses as to why their inventory was off. My advice: Price and quality is good, customer service is very cooperative, just be sure to call before ordering. 1-503-253-5919
