Putting older posts here. Going to try to keep the novice forum pruned about 90 days work. The 'good' old stuff is going to be put into appropriate forums.

I think I stuffed my UJSSM

Post by emptyglass »

I added too much sugar to my last batch.
I usually add 6kg to a 60 litre fermenter. I poured ot 9kg, 3kg for a little fermenter, but I ended up adding it all to my big fermenter. I've done over 20 generations in this fermenter, all previous batches worked.

It started ok, but bubbled real slow, went for over a week then stopped. It measures 1046 and tastes sweet.

What should I do with it?
You design it, I make it. Copper and Stainless. Down under. PM me.
