I have not purchased from Smiley, but he is a recognized name. He certainly is not one of the rip-off artists you see on the net. Now, I have no experience, so can not comment on things like responsiveness, or customer service, etc. However, I would be surprised it is not adequate.

I've purchased stuff from him and he has great customer service. Prompt delivery. He even talk me out of buying something cause he did not think it would work for my intended application. He's friendly, too.
