Is this a pretty well designed reflux still? Is there something comparable that may be better or easier to use?
With this still the site suggests you reflux 2/3 of the ethanol and keep 1/3 by means of pin valves. But if yuou relux 2/3 wouldn';t the still only be able to extract 33% of the ethanol or would it just take a REALLY long time to extract it all?
Say if i do make this still and relux 66% of the ethanol how much (in percent) of ethanol could i extract from the mash. Would it be around 95%?
