My last genever. Based on 70% neutral & 30% rye malt wine.

Rye vodka is great too.

Nice. Yours is probably better but have you ever tried the Polish Rye Vodka Sobieski ? I've been converting Stoli drinkers to it.

King,

I remember you talking about that! No, never tried it. But I will, because I want a reference for my rye vodka. I like it, but it is my first rye vodka as such and some comparison will be good.

Thanx, Odin.

Been turning out exceptional rum. Started 8 gen ago with a combined red star baker's and distiller's start, been setting on the trub ever since. Real nice after a month of apple wood and tiny amounts of vanilla, cinnamon bark and clove. Hard to keep in stock.

Over the weekend I opened a 1/2 gallon of sweet feed hearts (65%) that has been setting in glass with 5 sticks of heavy charred oak and a 5" stick of cinnamon since 3-11-2011

OMGoodness !

I had forgot about shoving that way to the back of the storage locker in the man cave.

WOW !

Wifey thinks it tastes like Crown Black with a hint of cinnamon

Pretty darn good if I say so myself

3/4 x 3/4 x6"

I had to runs a bunch to get ahead. Even took several gallons down country to a friends
cabin so I would stay out of it. Threw it under the cabin.

Hey I think I forgot to tell him I was there
