There is a new company up here called onyx moonshine. they claim to have their own secret recipe made from 100% grain. well I will tell you it iw pretty good whiskey, it comes in 80proof and a cool bottle on top of it. http://onyxspirits.com/

Perhaps its near neutral corn spirit... more like a Maize Eau de Vie... who knows.. I like mine..

I agree. I like mine as well, in fact I think my ujsm tastes pretty close to this stuff. I had to buy it though, it was starring at me its got a good amount of flavor so i dont see mixing it with vodka mixers like oj, cran or tonic, but coke or ginger would be good.

That is very close to where I live. It is in the Hilliard Mills complex. I will have to check them out. How much they charging for the moonshine?
