1975 bowling ball rebuild

Post by ozone39 »

Well, I haven't been around for awhile. Been working on my old Harley I bought 20 years ago when I got out of basic training, it was a basket case when I bought it then and was in near similar condition 8 weeks ago. Pretty much was a safety hazard when I rolled her into the garage this spring. Being that this project is now complete I have a 4" stainless column to a 10 liter oak thumper keg project in mind...Here's a couple photos of the build....keep ya posted on the thumper build....

Ahhhh....she's gonna be a beauty! Admire anyone who can really turn a wrench.
I've got a 2008 Crossbones. Only made them for a few years and the suspension is a bit laughable but I get lots of compliments (except from the neighbors...must be the Vance and Hines??) wherever I go.

Good luck...will watch your build!
