Peach Brady ??
Hello everyone, I have gotten some peaches that I'd like to throw down in a mash, I've seen Tater's recipe and I was wondering if it is possible to use regular yeast, the same one would use in a rye or corn mash if I could How much would I need?? I don't mind getting the correct yeast but I have a crap load of regular old bread yeast and I'm just trying to use it up. Any thoughts or comments are appreciated!!
