Sorry I know this info is on here but I do not have time to look it up my mother just died so I have to travel and take care of all the arrangements and have a ton of things to do I have a sugar wash going for just over 2 weeks it is letting off 3 bubbles a minute I am not sure how long I will be out of state should I siphon and let it clear until I get back or just leave it and hope it turns out ok My fermenters do have air locks on them thanks I'll check back my flight is at 6am

Sorry to read of your loss.

You should be able to leave it. If you wanna have some insurance, you could chill it or freeze it. Never done a pure sugar wash but the same rules should apply.
If it was easy everybody would do it.
