anyone been to thailand? came across the best rum there, better than anything ive tried in aust (it was only $3 over there). The rum was called sang som I think Unfortunately havent seen it in imports in aust so i figured I'd have to make something like it.
Also want to learn more about making types of beers, so far I've only tried doing the kits which are really just like "building" ikea furniture. Really like the new pure blondes but have no idea about making beer. Any good links?
