I am always trying new things from different placing selling distillery products. I just got the worst treatment from Still Dragon and its not the first time. Anyone else have places that they have used that have horrible customer service or products? I would prefer to stay away from these kinds of places.

Really what was the problem with Stilldragon? I've been really happy with the service and parts I received.

Curious to hear what your issues were as well. I've been thinking of ordering some gear from them soon.

Wow really? I've had nothing but excellent service. Any time something went wrong in the slightest the issue was promptly corrected with good words and a smile. Me personally, I'd buy all my stuff from SD.

Mile hi has a wicked deal on 8 gallon fermenters though.

Stilldragon customer service ? does it even exist?

A lot of Aussie customers are not happy with rust issues, questionable materials, abuse and what not, can I post a link to another site here?

Hopefully the US end of still dragon operates a little better? As a small business owner, these kind of posts spook me in a big way, one comment like this can throw the momentum in a really bad direction that's hard to reverse. Hopefully someone from StillDragon will see this and make it right for you two? Crossing my fingers

Due to past experiences with still Dragons owner .At this time. They are not welcome on HD.As with any item purchased from anywhere BUYER BEWARE.
