Hello,

Brand new to this. Lost the link where I found it, but somewhere in NZ.

Put my apple "mash?" in a big pot w/ smaller pot inside and wok on top to catch alcohol. Any real change of "wood alcohol?"

I've looked for a "stove-top" homemade but can't find much w/ google
