All I can see that is going on in higher temps is your alc content is decreasing thats why you need to bring temp up. Also if I hit 212f I'm going to get water vapor.

Well, it wont kill you if you do. I think what the writer tries to bring over is ... seperate heads and tails from your middle run in order to get a better, head and stomach ache free drink. My advice: do some reading on making cuts.

As you can see I was up pretty late last night... Enjoying this forum. Sometimes I do searches for recipes and found it. I had to ask out of curiosity because I have never read about any of those rules / guides to follow on this forum or any where else for that matter.
