I am New to the building side of things. I have years of experience in cooking the panther piss. I have a 3' x 8' copper sheet that i plan on using to build a pot still. I am going to use 3" pipe coming out from the top of the boiler. I dont know how to build the boiler. i have no experience with working metal. I need to know how to build from ground up.
What size sheet should i use for the pot?
what thickness should i use for the base? (the part on the fire)
what angles do i need for the top?
should there be interlocking flanges?
any help is much appreciated.
