How much alcohol in 5 gal mash?

I understand every mash is different alcohol wise ..i was woundering about how much should one exspect from 5 gal of mash ? .my mash is 3 lbs cornmeal 5 lbs sugar then filled with water then common bakers yeast ...thanks
