Parrot design question

I understand the the design of the parrot and want to add one to a Bokabob but one thing that is a concern. If I take the output from my condenser into the base of the parrot, won't that create a blockage/back pressure in the output line that will either cause the vapors to go out the top of the still (assuming I have a hole in the double helix condenser at the top of the Boka) or disrupt the reflux operation since the obstruction makes it hard to control the output rate?? Thanks.
