UJSSM Turned Purple

Hope i'm posting this in the correct section. Been looking for hours, but can't find anything else like this on the forums.
I made up a 5-6 gallon batch of ujssm about two weeks ago, numbers were good according to the thread. It finished fermenting about a week ago and has just been sitting since. when i took a reading about a week ago, it was a bright yellow. I opened the fermenter today to transfer the wash to let it clear and it is a dark purple color. Has anyone heard of or experienced this?

the fermenter is a food grade plastic bucket.

it mite be do to acids reactions with enzymes,this happens when fermenting some foods like cabbage ,garlic and some others.it happens with some but not all and not all the time.

so it should still be good to run? smells slightly acidic, but not very bad. being new to distilling, i want to get as many runs under my belt as possible to learn my equipment/the craft of distilling. thanks for responses

run it,it could be the type of corn diferant enzymes than others or just the right conditions..
