3 beans for $5.50 is awfully high! I buy grade B beans off ebay for around $15 for 50; they are not as high quality but will be fine to favor whiskey. I have used this grade for years for cooking, sometimes slipping 1 or2 in a gal of charred aging UJ and for making homemade vanilla extract with great results.
