Hi People.
I have had a bit of a disaster with my boka, well sort of. It doesn't really work in pot still mode, it strips the flavours out. But obviously it's not a complete disaster because I've made some good spirit.
So with that in mind, I went to my local brew shop, who among beer kits and wine kits, sells stills and essences.
So I got myself an irish whiskey, a Gin for my mate and a Bacardi type white rum to try.
However, on the shelf, I noticed a VODKA essence. What's all that about?
Store flavouring VODKA?

they have a citrus vodka which can be easily made with lemon peel marinaded in any sugar wash spirit then redistilled again almost like a gin just without the juniper
