easter candy

i'm going to put all the jellybeans and chocolate rabbits in a bowl of water for a couple days or however long it takes to dissolve and make an easter batch, better than a visit to my dentist

I never tried but suspect the fats or cocoa butter in the chocolate might inhibit fermentation. I wonder though if you could make chocolate wine first just using cocoa powder? Then whether it would carry over during distlling?
