Looking for a alcohol vapor vs. temp chart Instructions

I need some help on this, I have a Alcohol Vapor vs. temp chart. Now what I need to find is this. On this chart it shows that a 10% wash should boil at 199.5 degrees F. and give you a product of 54% alcohol. Now you need to add to this for any plates that may be present. So what I am looking for is a link to where I may find instructions about this chart. I have seen it before but now I can't find it anywhere been looking for the past week. Checked on the mother site I can find the chart but no adding for plates instrutions.
Any help on this from anybody

actually puts all of the formulas together.

Simply put, you do: (note this is from memory, so it may be a little off)

1. compute the HETP length.
2. Compute your # theoretical plates.
3. Compute the boiling temp.
4. Compute the Vapor %ABV for 1 plate.
5. Take the results from 4, and use that to compute plate#2,
6. Continue forward for however many plates you have
7. At each plate, the vapor condensation temp (for the %ABV at the top of the plate) is used to determine the temp at the top of the plate.
