i just buy a 55pound bag of cracked corn today for make my first corn mash(bag cost me 12$ here i can also get sweetfeed for 11$ bag)... also i have buy 7.9gallon of molasse for make rum(cost me 15$)
the question i have is i need to add enzyme to my corn batch? and my molasse?how much? my receip sound good?
i plan put in a 6gallon bucket i dont really know how much put maybe 6-8 inch of corn at the bottom??
and for the molasse about 3-4 inch ??
or better just put molasse only to give up 1.080 without sugar?
i also have buy an 50 pound corn sugar today(very expensive 44$)
plz let me know what do u think of this
i will let u know how its turn too and with one i prefer(i think i will try many receipe)
