Hi. I have a stainless steel reflux still. I have been doing a ton of reading and I think I have a good idea of what to do. Just to make sure if I am on the right track.
Going to run water through it first to check for any leaks. Second going to do a 50/50 vinegar and water run. Not sure how much volume to put in. The still is 8 gallon. Then I will do a sugar run or I am presently fermenting wine that I am going to use. After the third run I throw all product away. Then give all a good rinse with just water.
Any input would be great. Thanks again.
