I make nuetral, reflux still....
for a gin (only made it once) I charged my boiler with finished neutral
and distilled water, about 30%, then used a ss basket in the vapor path with the gin stuff inside.
Worked, and ran clear... I had a little oil but I think it was my basket placement. Plain coffee filter cleared that.
